Pre-orders and Cancellations

Some of our figures are offered as pre-orders before they are ready to ship. The estimated departure date is shown on the product page.

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout.

You can cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, production is already scheduled and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Once your figure has shipped, our 14-day return policy applies.

For in-stock orders, cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Write to us at hello@verachapters.com as soon as possible.
